Reporting Damage
To ensure a seamless replacement, please report any damage within 24-48 hours of delivery. This allows our logistical partners to investigate immediately.
Mandatory Requirements
For processing any damaged product claim, we require:
- Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited video showing the shipping label and the damage.
- Photos: Clear shots of the damaged items and original packaging.
- Order Details: Your unique Order ID and contact info.
Eligible for Replacement
Once your report is verified, we will provide a fresh replacement for items that are:
- Leaking or broken containers due to transit.
- Unusable due to shipping mishaps.
- Compromised in product integrity upon arrival.
Resolution Timeline
After receiving your report, our team will verify the claim within 24 hours. A fresh unit will be dispatched within 3-5 working days at no additional cost to you.
