Eligible for Replacement
We provide replacements within 7 working days from the date of delivery for the following verified issues:
- Damaged Product: Items received with broken seals or damaged packaging.
- Expired Goods: Products that reach you past their freshness date.
- Incorrect Order: Receiving an item different from your checked-out order.
Important Conditions
To ensure a fair process, replacements are subject to the following criteria:
- Product must be in its original, un-used condition.
- Must include the original brand packaging and tags.
- Portions should not be consumed or half-used.

Policy Limitation
