Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are primarily issued in cases of order inaccuracies or fulfillment errors. Typical eligible scenarios include:
- Missing Items: Products confirmed missing from your delivery.
- Incorrect Product: Receiving an item other than what was ordered.
- Technical Errors: Duplicate charges or verified payment issues.
- Unavailability: Items going out of stock after order confirmation.
Process & Timelines
Once a refund is approved, we initiate the credit within 48 hours. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take 5-7 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
How to Claim
To initiate a claim, please email us at shrinikaorganics@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photographic evidence of any issues. Our quality assurance team will review and respond within 24 hours.
Important Note
Due to the perishable nature of our organic goods, "change of mind" returns are generally not accepted. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is canceled due to our internal fulfillment issues.
